Q : Can I customize an herbal formula for my patients?
A : Yes, a practitioner can build a custom formulas for a patient by combining one or more herbal ingredients together, specifying a dosage
Q : Are your herbal products sourced from reputable suppliers and tested for quality?
A : Our granules are sourced from reputable herbal granule manufacturers who follow strict GMP guidelines. All Granules are tested for heavy metals and pesticides.
Q: Can I save my formulas, or do I need to enter them in again each time?
A : The system will automatically save your formulas as “formula templates” which you can re-use in the future or modify for any patient.
Q: Can you assist me in selecting herbal formulas tailored to my patients' needs?
A : We do not help practitioners create formulas for their patients. We only sell to practitioners who can diagnose and prescribe on their own.
Q : Can I track the formulas I prescribe to a patient?
A : Yes, all formulas that you prescribe to a patient are tracked in a patient formula order history. You can easily reorder the formula, or edit the formula and resend it to your patient.
Q : Can you put granules into capsules?
A : Yes, there is an option for an additional fee to put the granule formula into capsules.
Q: How many granule herbs do you have?
A : We currently have 378 granule herbs. After you create your free account, there is a catalog available for you to view, and you can search for any herb. We often source additional herbs for practitioners upon request.
Q: How many tincture herbs do you have?
A : We currently have 218 Single Tincture Herbs you can use to build custom formulas.
Q : Does each formula have a label?
A : Yes, every formula has a custom label including your contact information, the dosage instructions, herbal ingredients and quantity and total quantity of the formula.
Q : Is there any other information provided to the patient about their formula?
A : Yes, an informational handout is printed off with each formula outlining all the details about the formula including any dosage and preparation instructions which may not fit onto the label.
Q: Do you custom blend raw or dried herbs?
A : No, we only dispense granules and tincture herbal formulations.

Checkout Options
Q : What types of payment do you accept?
A : We accept all major Credit Cards or E-transfer as forms of payment.
Q: Can a practitioner pay for the order?
A : Yes, a practitioner can pay for the order directly
Q: Can a Patient Order directly from you?
A : Yes, a patient can pay for their order. During the checkout process you will specify you want the patient to pay and an email, text message or both can be sent to the patient to complete the payment securely. The patient can also log-in to their patient portal to complete the payment in their account.
Q : Which Shipping Companies do you use?

Q: Can You Ship Internationally?

Q : How do I checkout an Order?
A : After adding one or more items to the shopping cart, you can click on a button that says “Checkout”. It will provide a summary of the items in the order, ask you where the package is being shipped to or picked up. Then you will specify who is going to pay, either the patient or the practitioner. If the practitioner is paying, it will ask you to complete payment. If the patient is paying, it will provide you the option of sending a text message, email or both to the patient to pay online.
Q: Can I submit an order for more than one patient at a time?
A : Yes, you can submit an order containing formulas and products for more than one patient, but only one person can pay for the entire order, and the shipment can only be sent to ONE address. You CANNOT submit an order for multiple patients, with more than one person paying for the order and the order being split between multiple addresses. Basically, one person paying, one address, but you can have more than one patients formulas. This happens if several patients are living in the same household such as a family being prescribed herbs at the same time.
Q : Are there any taxes on your Formulas or Products?

Shipping Questions
Q : Can I ship Herbs Directly to my Patients?
A : Yes, during the checkout process, you can choose to have the order sent directly to your patient.
Q : How does the markup feature work?

Q: Can I ship Herbs to my Clinic?
A : Yes, you can ship herbs to any address, including directly to your clinic or office.
Q : How long does it take after placing an order to prepare and deliver it to the Patient?
A : If the order is submitted and paid for by 1PM EST Monday to Friday, the order will likely be shipped on the same day. Even orders placed after 1PM have a high likelyhood of being prepared and shpped on the same day. Shipping companies do not operate on weekends.
Q : How long does it take after placing an order to prepare and deliver it to the Patient?
A : Delivery transit times are dependant on the shipping company. For local orders within the GTA, expect transit times to take between 1 and 3 days, usually being 1 day. If the package needs to travel further, it may take longer.
Refills
Q : What is a Refill?
A : A refill is when a practitioner gives permission to a patient to reorder the exact same formula or product at a future date by themselves.
Q : How do Patients Order Refills?
A : A patient must login to the patient portal and can view available refills. They can click on a button that says “Order Refill” and the item(s) are added to a shopping cart. The patient can then complete the checkout by specifying the delivery method and entering their payment details or using a saved credit card on file.
Q: How does a practitioner setup a refill?
A : A practitioner can set the refill details when creating the formula or when the item is in the shopping cart. They must specify the total number of refills allowed, how often a refill can be ordered, and when the refill expires. We have a section in the practitioner account to also manage and update refills even after the order has been submitted.
Patient Account
Q : What is a patient acccount?
A : A patient account is a portal website that allows your patient to view their order history, pay for order and refills, and change their profile settings and options.
Q : How does a patient register or access the account?
A : A patient must verify they are the owner of the account by entering their email or phone number. A text message or email will be sent to their inbox or phone to complete the registration process. A patient will need to create a username and password and verify the address we have on file.
Q: Can a patient save their Credit Card in the Patient Account?
A : Yes, a patient can save their credit card information to make paying for an order much easier.
