Please note: Herb Dispenser dispatches all orders via Canada Post from our location in Keswick, Ontario. On the public holidays listed below, Canada Post does not operate in Ontario and no orders will be dispatched. Orders placed on or before a holiday will be processed on the next available business day.

Important Notes for Practitioners
- Order Cut-Off — Orders submitted before (Mark for client to insert cut-off time — e.g. 12:00pm EST) on a business day will be processed the same day where possible. Orders submitted after the cut-off time or on a holiday will be processed the next available business day.
- Holiday Periods — During the Christmas and New Year period (December 24 – January 2), processing times may be extended. We recommend placing orders well in advance of this period to avoid delays in your patients receiving their medicine.
- Easter Period — With both Good Friday and Easter Monday as closure days, please allow for a 4-day gap in dispatch over the Easter long weekend.
- Civic Holiday — The Civic Holiday (first Monday in August) is observed in Ontario where Herb Dispenser is based. Canada Post does not operate on this day.
- National Day for Truth and Reconciliation — Canada Post does not operate on this federal statutory holiday. Orders will be dispatched the following business day.
- Boxing Day — Boxing Day falls on Saturday December 26, 2026 and is observed on Monday December 28 in Ontario. No dispatch on this date.
- Weekend Orders — Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday are processed on the next available business day regardless of holidays.
- Tracking — You can track all orders through your practitioner account or patient portal at any time, including over holiday periods.
