Herb Dispenser is a practitioner-only herbal medicine dispensing platform. It allows qualified TCM practitioners, acupuncturists, naturopaths, and herbalists to build custom herbal formulas online and have them dispensed and shipped directly to their patients worldwide — without needing to hold any stock.
Herb Dispenser is designed exclusively for qualified herbal medicine practitioners including TCM practitioners, acupuncturists, naturopaths, western herbalists, and accredited TCM students. It is not available to the general public.
Creating a practitioner account is completely free. You only pay for the herbs and products you order for your patients. There are no monthly fees or subscription costs.

Unlike wholesale purchasing, Herb Dispenser handles the entire dispensing and shipping process for you. You build the formula, submit the order, and we dispense, package, and ship directly to your patient. You never need to hold stock, repackage products, or manage logistics.

Practitioner Accounts
Visit our registration page, complete the sign-up form, and submit your practitioner qualifications for verification. Once approved, you will have full access to the formula builder and ordering system. Account creation is free and takes only a few minutes.
You must be a qualified practitioner in one of the following fields: Traditional Chinese Medicine, Acupuncture, Naturopathy, Western Herbal Medicine, or an accredited TCM student with supervisor approval. You will be asked to provide evidence of your qualifications during registration.
Most accounts are reviewed and approved within 1–2 business days. You will receive an email confirmation once your account has been approved.

Formula Building
Once logged in, you can browse our catalogue of 500+ herbs, select individual herbs, adjust dosages, and build fully customised formulas for each patient. Formulas can be saved, modified, and reordered at any time. The system is designed to be intuitive and fast — most practitioners build their first formula within minutes.
Yes, all formulas are saved to your account and can be reordered, modified, or used as templates for new patients at any time.
Yes, the platform includes a library of classical TCM formula templates that can be used as a starting point and customised to suit individual patient needs.

Yes, in addition to custom formulas we also stock a range of patent formulas and pre-made herbal products. These are available to browse through your practitioner account.

Yes, every batch of herbs is screened for heavy metals (including lead, mercury, arsenic, and cadmium), pesticide residues, and microbial contamination before being approved for dispensing.
Yes, Certificates of Analysis are available on request for any herb batch used in your formulas. Please contact our team with your batch details and we will provide the relevant documentation.
