Your formula is professionally packaged with your name and your practitioner's details on the label, and shipped directly to your door. You will receive a tracking notification when your order is on its way.

Follow the dosage and preparation instructions on your label or as directed by your practitioner. Log in to your patient portal to view your order history, track deliveries, and request refills.

Check Your Email
Your practitioner will send you an invitation email when they first prescribe your formula. Check your inbox (and spam folder) for an email from Herb Dispenser.
Click the Link
Click the link in the email to set up your patient account. You will be asked to create a password and confirm your details.
Access Your Portal
Once registered, log in to your patient portal at any time to view your orders, track deliveries, and manage your account.
Request Refills Easily
When you are ready for a refill, log in and click the refill button next to your formula. Your practitioner will be notified to approve your refill request.

Find your current formula in your order history and click the "Order Refill" button
Complete Checkout
Add your refill to the Cart and complete the checkout by choosing a shipping address and finalizing the payment.
Refills are subject to approval by your prescribing practitioner. If your formula needs to be updated or adjusted, your practitioner will contact you.
